Our state of the art, comprehensive “WINNING EDGE WORK ESSENTIAL & LIFE SKILLS TRAINING” is the solution and crucial foundation for employers seeking to build an effective, more productive and efficient workforce.


Our comprehensive model supports employers through the recruiting and hiring processes. The platform we have created integrates new and existing programs to include the crucial foundation of intensive Cognitive Behavior Training (CBT).

Our certified CBT Coaches are trained to teach invaluable work essential skills that support our apprentices to make good decisions, develop excellent work etiquette and learn to become valued employees.


Our goal is to provide apprentices with the tools and skillset to effectively handle all types of work related issues in a positive way, setting them apart from other workers.


Our apprentices must complete our intensive and life changing 3 week / 75 hour Winning Edge Work Skills Training “Our Secret Sauce” before they can be placed with an employer partner for their OTJT (On The Job Training). We cover many aspects of life in the workplace to include: Effective Communication, Using Initiative, Customer Service, Professionalism, Resumes, Elevator Speeches, Mock Interviews, Getting Along with Others at Work, Setting Yourself Apart as a Leader and so much more…


Our team of coaches include: Skilled tradesmen and professionals in each program we offer as well as experienced CBT coaches. Our coaches support our apprentices and employer partners during the on the job training to ensure that all participants gain skills, develop experience in their trade, complete certification requirements and become a productive part of their employer’s team.

Since launching our programs in both the building / construction and manufacturing industries our success has been tremendous. Our placement and retention rate is around 90% which is unmatched in any industry. Our employer partners are so pleased with our programs / results that they continue to utilize us for their apprenticeship / staffing needs and even ask us to train and certify their existing employees, integrating our Winning Edge Work Skills.
